I've had the privilege of being a massage therapist since 1994. One of my life's passions is to help in the healing process through massage. Injuries, stress, and active living can bring pain and wear the body down. My job is to relieve that pain and help you be your best.
I am dedicated to educating my clients to think of massage not just as pain relief or a luxury, but also as necessary maintenance for optimal health. Just as you maintain your car every 3000 miles to keep it in peak working condition, your body also requires maintenance which includes regular massage. Your body has to last you a lifetime - invest in your health.

ORTHOPEDIC MASSAGE
Orthopedic massage is designed to return joints to their normal range of function as well as to reduce pain from joint movement. Using alignment and release techniques, this form of massage can help patients recover from injuries and surgery.
